This role is for a current professional Sales Business Development Manager in the field of Electronic Security installation and projects.

Role Description

This role has significant career progression and training opportunities within a dynamic business framework. If you are ambitious and have a track record of successful Sales Business Development with technology projects, within the Electronic Security Space, then this role should be of interest to you. You will be part of the progressive and supporting team environment that is leading the industry.

This is a full-time role for a Sales BDM located in Sydney, NSW. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

You will have the following as a minimum:

  • 3 Years experience as a Sales BDM role in Security or Electrical based field.
  • Current Experience working in Electronic Security industry in Sydney, NSW Australia is a plus.
  • An Understanding for the tender process to assist the team for knowledge and direction.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Sales and Business Development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Possess high standards of integrity, presenting a “best practice” example and with a “can do” attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Hold a Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Hold a Current Electronic Security licence.
  • Be well respected with in the security industry.
  • Proven Sales track record.
  • Goal Driven.
  • Proactive and self-motivating.
